Western Data Lynx LLC ("WDL", "we", "our") collects information necessary to evaluate and fulfill technical consulting and data engineering engagements. This includes contact details provided through inquiry forms (name, business email, phone number, company profile).
2. Confidentiality & Client Data Integrity
We treat all client architectural documents, schemas, repositories, and credentials with strict zero-trust confidentiality. We execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to accessing proprietary client infrastructure. We never monetize, aggregate, or train public AI models on client data.
3. Security Compliance & Standards
Our engineering squads adhere to SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and GDPR data handling guidelines. Access to client environments is strictly restricted using multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and customer-managed keys.
